About the course:
This course orientates the participants on fundamentals required to translate an idea into a demonstrable ICT business solution. It does not require that learners have advance technical experience, although such experience will be beneficial to an ICT enterpreuner, as it minimises the risk of one exposing their idea prematurely. In this course, participants embark on an exercise to develop a mock idea utilising software design and Java development tools. Among other considerations, intellectual property (IP) protection is critical, therefore, participants are given the exposure on an approach to secure IP. More importantly, leaners are introduced to a planning guide for selecting ICT solutions with a high chance of success in the market.
